Heritage walk around Westbury

You will be led by two of Westbury Heritage Society’s expert guides on a fascinating journey around the historic parts of Westbury.  It covers the town’s conservation area, town centre and will include the cemetery and the former workhouse telling the story of the town’s built heritage.

The walk is with West Wilts Ramblers and Westbury Heritage Society.

Participants should meet at the Heritage Centre in the High Street at 2 pm and the walk is approximately 3.5 miles long.  At the end of the walk, participants are invited to join the leaders for tea and cake in the Heritage Centre.  No charge for the walk but donations for refreshments are welcomed.

Please wear practical footwear and clothing – the walk will go ahead during wet weather.
