Flowers from the Farm with Justine

September 25, 2019 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
The Laverton
Bratton Rd
Westbury BA13 3EN

A fascinating evening of artisan floristry with organic flower farmer, Justine Scouller.

First a short talk on the principles, high and lows of flower farming before a demonstration of a large urn arrangement in her natural free-flowing way with a seasonal style and a wild vibe and then a chance to make up your own posy to take home.  You are encouraged to indulge your artistic side and surprise yourself!

Justine gives talks and demonstrations all over the country and is a regular at RHS shows from Cardiff and Malvern to Tatton Park.  She uses ‘no dig’ techniques, makes her own plant and soil food and can talk about compost until the cows come home!

Trained in horticulture at Sparsholt College, Justine worked as a garden designer before establishing her flower farm at Far Hill in 2014.  She now combines growing and artisan floristry and produces masses of flowers and foliage for lots of weddings, event florists and direct to the public.  She also teaches courses in flower farming and growing cut flowers and holds workshops throughout the year.  Justine is co-chair of Flowers from the Farm, a nationwide network of flower farmers promoting the use of British flowers. Find out more at

Justine will bring buckets of flowers grown on her farm and foliage foraged from her woods and fields so all you need to bring is yourself!
