We’re talking Gin and we’re talking Swing and Jazz with one of Bristol’s finest Swing/Jazz Festival acts on the circuit! ‘The Gin Bowlers!’!
For all those Gin lovers and those who just love quality music! This is going to be a night to remember!
The Gin Bowlers are a rowdy and exciting swing band.
Their dynamic stage shows have gained them a reputation as purveyors of the finest, funnest swing. Sleazy horns, original arrangements and sultry rich harmonies make up their unique sound.
They spend their summer on the festival circuit at some of the top UK festivals such as Boomtown, Glastonbury, Green Man, Secret Garden Party and Shambala honing their skills as well as touring the UK, Europe and the US extensively and they’re ready to bring their timeless versions of old favourites to you.
Gin Bowlers have performed internationally on numerous European and American tours at leading festivals such as Ferrara Buskers Festival (IT) and spent the summer of 2022 on a tour through Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy and France to perform for Ghironda Festival
There will be a number of different Gins from Still Sisters of Frome to try out and some of the finest music to accompany your night! A range of other drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) will be available from the bar!
Why not bring a group of friends and celebrate The last night of the Festival in style with some Jazz/Swing from a band with a very appropriate name for the event!
We have limited seats for this very special event so we can have a little bit of a dance floor later on.

Jazz Dylan
During lockdown a Facebook site called Open Micsolate was founded Bob Jessop & Paul Cooper and became a massive hit with performers who were able to join and post performances.
We asked them to recommend a performer for our festival from the thousands who have joined, and they suggested Jazz Dylan – and she has agreed to appear.
Jazz is a singer-songwriter based in Buckinghamshire. Expect unique performances with her Boss RC-30 loop station.
