Come and learn a simple but effective massage routine for the upper back, neck and scalp, great for relieving stress and tension.
This workshop will teach you the basics, enabling you to confidently treat friends and family. Indian head massage is received while seated in a chair, through clothes.

All participants will practise on each other in pairs to give and receive massage.
Please wear comfortable clothing – a T shirt or similar is ideal, and bring a hairband if you have long hair.
Please bring a cushion for comfort.

Please Note:  Indian Head Massage is a very safe therapy but may not be suitable or need to be adapted if you have certain medical conditions (currently or within the last 6 months) such as cancer, epilepsy, DVT, stroke, head injuries/surgery, or are pregnant.It’s also advisable to wait 48 hours after a vaccine before receiving a massage treatment.Please get in touch if any of the above apply to you or you have any other conditions you are unsure about.
