Beckford Strings

Stylish and versatile strings for all occasions, the quartet, Beckford Strings brings something new to the Festival. 

Beckford Strings are a newly-formed quartet based in the south west. Its players have performed extensively as part of orchestras and ensembles in the area, and met as members of Bath Symphony Orchestra. With the events of this past year putting music-making on hold, the quartet are extremely excited to be able to perform to an audience again! Their lunchtime concert programme will include a selection of classical favourites from Bach to Mozart, with some familiar song arrangements and maybe even a tango or two.
